How do I return or exchange my product?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your MyFirstBook purchase. You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate the return through https://account.myfirstbook.us/. Once you started the return process, you have 7 days to send the product back to us in its original condition.
Once we receive and examine the product, we will provide you with a full refund. If applicable, the original mail fee is not included as part of the refund.
