How do I check my order status?

Once you submit your order, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase. When your order ships, we'll send you another email with tracking information. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team here. We can't wait for you to enjoy your MyFirstBook products!

When will my order arrive?

Please be aware that during this busy time of year, some orders may experience slight shipping delays. We appreciate your patience!

Typically, U.S. orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive 2-5 business days after shipping with standard ground shipping. For orders to AK/HI/APO/FPO/DPO, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery.

Most orders ship from New Jersey.

How do I return or exchange my product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MyFirstBook purchase. You have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know you'd like to return it. Once you notify us, you have 14 days to send the product back to us in its original condition. Please contact us with your name, order number, and optional reason for return here, and we'll provide you with a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Once we receive and examine the product, we will provide you with a full refund. If applicable, the original mail fee is not included as part of the refund.

Where can I buy MyFirstBook products?

Currently this website is the only certified retail of MyFirstBook products in the US.

How do I apply a discount code or coupon?

If you have a discount code or coupon, it can be redeemed once per customer and must be applied at checkout. These codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and unless specified otherwise, cannot be used to purchase e-Gift Cards. They are only valid for purchases within the US and cannot be combined with other automatic discounts at checkout. Sharing discount codes or coupons on social media platforms, coupon sites, or any public forum is strictly prohibited. MyFirstBook reserves the right to terminate or revoke any discount code or coupon at any time for any reason. If you have questions about applying a discount, please contact us here.
